Senior Developer + Customer Success Engineer

Description

We’re looking for a Senior Developer + Customer Success Engineer to join Ayrshare, the leader in the social media API market. This is a multi-faceted role where you will spend about ⅓ of your time communicating and supporting Ayrshare clients and prospects, ⅓ of your time implementing fixes and upgrades for these clients, and ⅓ of your time building new features for Ayrshare.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison with clients and prospects, ensuring they get the answers they need
  • Proactively address technical inquiries, manage expectations, and deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Writing reusable, testable, and amazing code
  • Extend the core functionality of the Ayrshare social media API
  • Interface with all the major social media platform API, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of software engineering experience
  • Experience using third party APIs
  • Know when and when not to use 3d party libraries
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Visual Studio Code and Github
  • A strong technical background, including experience designing and engineering large-scale systems
  • Comfortable working on a new product under fluid conditions, seamlessly balancing tactical and strategic considerations
  • Prefer simple solutions and designs over complex ones, and have a good intuition for what will last and scale
  • Quick problem solver with the ability to come up with creative solutions to problems you have not encountered before
